Day 1: Since it is just me and Jerry eating tonight I am using the small crockpot with a small roast. I normally put a little of this a little of that in for seasonings. I add carrots and onions. No one here likes potatoes in with the roast but you sure can add them to yours. I know I'll end up making mashed potatoes to go with.
