Had to take a nap now I'm off to try my hand at Corn Cob Jelly.
Got the jelly made, note to self must get some 1/2 pint jars, interesting, pain in the butt to make but doesn't taste to bad. Of course i got all the corn from the cobs I plan on freezing, so I guess I got something from it.
